Overview
National Law University Delhi (NLUD) was established in 2008 under the National Law University, Delhi Act by the Government of NCT of Delhi. It is a premier public law university recognized by UGC and approved by the Bar Council of India, with NAAC Grade A (CGPA 3.10, validity widely cited through April 2028). NLU Delhi has retained NIRF Law Rank #2 for multiple consecutive years including NIRF 2025. Flagship programme is the five-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with admission exclusively via AILET (not CLAT).
